About this game
Word Wipe is a timed word puzzle where you link neighbouring letter tiles into words and watch them vanish. The real goal is to wipe out whole rows and columns of tiles before the clock runs down, so you are always balancing a good word against a useful one. It rewards a big vocabulary, but sharp planning matters just as much.
Practises: Spelling and vocabulary

How to play
Each level shows a grid of letter tiles and a goal: wipe clear at least a set number of lines. Click and drag across adjacent letters to spell a word of three or more letters, then release to submit it. You can also click letters one at a time and click the last letter again to submit. Valid words disappear and the tiles above drop down to fill the gaps.
A line counts as cleared when a full horizontal row or vertical column has been emptied. Meet the goal before the timer ends to finish the level and move on to the next. If time runs out first, the game is over.
Every word scores points, and longer, more complex words are worth more. Once you have met a level's goal, keep submitting words to charge bonus bombs. Drag a bomb onto the board to blast a square of tiles, which is a handy way to finish off a stubborn line.

Tips
- Read the goal before you start. If the level only needs two lines, focus on the bottom row and the shortest columns instead of hunting for long words everywhere.
- Work from the bottom up. Tiles fall to fill gaps, so words made low on the board reshuffle the letters above and often open new options.
- Short words are fine when they finish a line. A quick three-letter word that empties the last tiles of a row is worth more to the goal than a long word in the middle.
- Keep an eye on hard letters like Q, X and Z. If one is stuck in a line you need, plan a word around it early or save a bomb for it.
FAQ
Does it save my progress?
Yes. If you leave mid-game, the game offers to continue where you stopped, and your statistics are kept. Both live in this browser only, so clearing site data or switching device resets them.
Can I play on a phone or tablet?
Yes. Drag your finger across the tiles to make a word, or tap letters one by one. A mouse works the same way on laptops and Chromebooks.
How do I get a higher score?
Make longer words with less common letters, clear levels quickly and keep submitting words after the goal to charge bombs.
