Questions

Billing

How do I cancel?

In your account, choose Manage or cancel. You keep everything until the end of the period you paid for and you are not charged again.

Can I get a refund?

Within 14 days of first subscribing, write to [email protected] and we refund the part of the period you have not used. If something does not work, write to us at any time.

Who handles the payment?

Stripe. Brainlag never sees your card number.

Plans and gifts

I already have Brainlag Code Premium.

Plus Code and All access include it. Cancel Code Premium at code.brainlag.space/account first, then choose your plan, so you are never charged twice.

Can I buy one printable pack without Plus?

Yes. Each pack is $3.49, paid once. Plus includes all of them.

Can I give Plus to someone?

Yes. Gift months are paid once and never renew, 3 or 12 months. They redeem the code in their own account and it never expires. The code is sent straight away, so a gift cannot be cancelled once it has been sent.

I am under 18. Can I get Plus?

Plus is bought by someone 18 or over. A parent or carer can get it for you, or give it to your own account as a gift.

Schools

Can my school pay by invoice?

Yes. A classroom licence is £3 per student a year, at least 10 students. Write to [email protected] with your school and the number of students and we send an invoice.
