About this paper

Isometric paper has lines at 30, 90 and 150 degrees, so cubes and other solids can be drawn by following the grid. It is used in design and technology, engineering drawing, maths lessons on 3D shapes and for game level sketches.

Printing it right

  • In the print dialog, set the scale to 100% or Actual size. Fit to page shrinks the page and the spacing with it.
  • Choose the same paper size in the print dialog as on this page, A4 or US Letter.
  • Turn off headers and footers in the print dialog if your browser adds a date or web address.
  • The PDF keeps every line as a vector, so it stays sharp at any zoom and prints the same on any printer.
