Add to your calendar app
Your planner as a private link that Google Calendar and Apple Calendar can subscribe to. It carries event titles, dates and times, nothing else.
Your calendar link is on. It was made on another device, so it is not shown here. Reset it to get a new link here.
Your calendar app checks the link on its own schedule, so changes here can take a few hours to show up there (Google Calendar can take up to a day). For a one-off copy, use Export .ics.
Share a read-only view
Makes a link that shows event titles and times, nothing else: not your name, email or notes. Anyone with the link can open it, so share it only with people you trust and turn it off when you are done.
How to use it, a tip and related tools
How to use it
- Press Add, choose Class, Assignment, Exam or Activity, and type a title or subject. Subjects you have used before are suggested as you type.
- For a class, pick the day, start and end time and leave Repeats weekly ticked. For a one-off exam or activity, untick it and pick a date. Assignments only need a due date.
- Drag a block to another day or hour to move it, or click it to edit or delete it. Assignments show as tick boxes at the top of their day, and unfinished ones past their date appear in an Overdue note.
- Type quick notes straight into any hour of the grid. Use the arrows to change week, Today to jump back, and Copy last week to reuse last week's notes.
- Press Export .ics to download your events for Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook, or Print for a paper copy. On a phone the planner shows one day at a time.
TipPut the fixed things in first: classes, work shifts, sport. The gaps that are left are your real study time.

About this tool
A weekly timetable for school or uni that runs from 7:00 to 21:00, Monday to Sunday. Add your classes once and they repeat every week, give assignments and exams their dates, and export the lot to your calendar app as an .ics file.
Tips
- Watch the hours figure under each day. It turns red once a day has more than 10 scheduled hours, a sign you have planned too much.
- Make your exam plan in the Revision Schedule and send it here. Sessions appear in the 17:00 slot and link straight to the Focus Timer.
FAQ
- Does the planner save my timetable?
- Yes, automatically. Everything is stored in this browser's local storage on this device. Nothing is uploaded unless you sign in to an optional free Brainlag account, which syncs it across your devices. Clearing your browser data deletes the local copy, so an .ics export now and then makes a good backup.
- What does Copy last week copy?
- The notes you typed into last week's grid. Classes set to repeat weekly already appear every week, so they never need copying.
- Will my classes keep repeating in my calendar app?
- Yes. Weekly classes are exported with a weekly repeat rule, one-off events keep their date and time, and assignments become all-day events on their due date.
